1. Introduction

Welcome to Creāt Studio, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Services Provided

We offer various services through our Site, including:

  • The ArtDNA® Quiz, which assesses your art preferences.
  • Curated recommendations in the form of look books and consultations tailored to your unique aesthetic.

Our recommendations may include links to third-party products; however, products are not sold directly on our Site. These links are optional for users.

3. User of Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
  • Send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.
  • Respond to comments, questions, and requests.
  • Communicate with you about products, services, offers, promotions, and events.

Our Site may contain affiliate links. If you click on an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. This commission helps us maintain and improve our services. We disclose our affiliate relationships in accordance with FTC guidelines to ensure transparency with our users. 6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Creāt Studio, LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. By submitting any content (e.g., comments, reviews, or other materials) to our Site, you grant Creāt Studio, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You also grant Creāt Studio, LLC the right to use the name you submit in connection with such content. You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you submit.
  • The content is accurate.
  • Use of the content you supply does not violate these Terms and will not cause injury to any person or entity.

Creāt Studio, LLC reserves the right to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content but is not obligated to do so. Creāt Studio, LLC assumes no responsibility for any content submitted by you or any third party.d by you or any third party.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creāt Studio, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Site.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site.
  • The accuracy of any information or recommendations provided on the Site.

9. Payment and Cancellation Policy

  • Payments for services, such as look book consultations, are processed securely via Stripe.
  • Once services are rendered (e.g., completion of reports or look books), refunds are not issued.
  • For booked appointments, the following cancellation policy applies:
    • Free cancellations for changes made at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the meeting will incur a charge of 75% of the consultation fee.

10. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on the Site. Continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
