Cancellation & Refund Policy for LookBook Experience Services
We understand that plans can change, but this policy helps us maintain a seamless booking experience for all clients.
Consultation Fee
→ The $85 consultation fee is non-refundable once the session has begun or after delivery of work (e.g., LookBook).
Cancellation Policy
→ Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are free of charge.
→ Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment or no-shows will incur a fee equal to 75% of the consultation cost.
